My Manifesto
Under Construction - November 2021
The below is from December of 2020 - before I began the certification intensive and learned a lot more about who I want to become.
Soon to be updated.
The next step for me is to block off Mondays from January to June of 2022 for coaching work so I can get the 70 hours I need for my certification.
The best way to support me and my goals is to book in-person experiences - ideally multi-day or FMTY bookings.
My intention is
to develop those who follow Me into
the happiest and most successful versions of themselves,
to have them use the power and influence
they accumulate to further My goals:
bettering our home planet and
global family.
Phase One

My Project Pipeline
- Establish a foundation of world-class coaching skills.
- Learning which questions I can ask to provoke productive thought, forward the action, and deepen the learning.
- Explore the areas I feel drawn towards:
- Emotional Intelligence development for leaders.
- Where neuroscience and psychology meet mindfulness.
- How to make this all FemDom and fun =^.^=
- Handle the details of the certification:

My Perfect Practice Pet
- Either between 25-35 years old or coming with specific goals.
- Definite work to do with which I can help as a student.
- "Creative, resourceful, and whole".
- For certification purposes I must view them as such and cannot use them if they want decisions made for them.
- An optimistic, happy person drawn to powerful women with goals that do not revolve around acquiring material possessions.

The Gamification of Kink:
By turning tasks into an online game I can design fun incentives to 'level up quickly' (aka enhance productivity) in a way that is sustainable for Me to oversee.
Chastity/Orgasm Control for Productivity:
Currently in the R&D phase of integrating this proven practice with gamification.
Exploration of Kink:
An assessment system I intend to design to discover core cravings so the information may be used to enhance fulfillment and happiness.
Personal/Pet Development
While money can't buy you class,
a Lady can teach you how to be a gentleman.
Whether we are talking professionally, socially, romantically, or D/s; being a desirable person stems from certain core qualities.
While the curriculum will be different for every person/pet, assignments will include the study of etiquette and style.
Schooled and groomed into a sophisticated person who is a pleasure to be around, they will be ready for anything - perhaps a FLR.

Perhaps I am in service to The Divine Feminine energies.
My life's purpose is to create success and happiness for Myself and others
while bringing balance and harmony to the world.
If those who serve Me align their life's purpose with Mine, they serve Me in all they do.

By cultivating enlightened leaders we can combat the imbalance.

Leadership Development
The study of power and leadership psychology absolutely fascinates Me!
An entrepreneur since even before I founded My first company at age 18, I feel I may enjoy working with start-up founders.
I believe the power to change the world is held by business leaders and I wish to focus upon working with them.
Emotional Intelligence
We are finding that EQ is more important than IQ for a leader and those aiming for the top today may not get there without it.
Inconvenient for those raised in a culture where the only emotion they were allowed to express was anger.
I feel passionately drawn to exploring this area in which I may be particularly well-suited to guide development.
Retirement Coaching
This is a complicated world-unto-itself I will not enter into until I can give it the vast amount of creative energy it deserves.
It is far better for Me that I cut My teeth coaching those with specific work to do on themselves and their careers.
For the love of My adored pets, I look forward to providing this offering and exploring how to optimize their happiness.
Divine Masculine
Development
Regardless of gender or sex, I believe in embracing, developing, and empowering all aspects of being human.
We shall not neglect the logical left-brain capacities nor the value of being a provider and protector.
Those I develop may kneel before Me, but they will walk this world strong and noble-as with a Lady and Her knights.
